Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the people who run T-Shirt Generator at tshirtgenerator.org ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site does

T-Shirt Generator offers design tools for shirts and merch. The AI tools turn your description and chosen style into a graphic, or turn a design you upload into a product mockup. The mockup, template and outline tools place your artwork on blank garments or export blank templates right in your browser. We don't print, sell or ship any products.

AI results are made by a machine. Text in a graphic can be misspelled, details can come out strange, and an AI mockup may not reproduce your design exactly. Check every result before you print, sell or upload it anywhere.

Free use

Every visitor can create three images with the AI tools for free, without an account. The browser-based tools don't count toward it. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we track it by network and device, and using extra devices, browsers, VPNs or scripts to get more is not allowed. We may change or pause the free allowance at any time.

What you type and upload

• Upload only artwork you made or have permission to use. Don't upload logos, characters or brand marks that belong to someone else unless you have the right to use them.
• Don't ask for or upload nudity, sexual content, violence, hate, or anything illegal where you or we are.
• Don't upload photos of children or personal images of other people without their consent.

Your artwork stays yours. You allow us to store and process it, and to send it to our AI providers, only to produce what you asked for and until it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Artwork you use in the browser-based tools never leaves your device.

The designs and mockups you create

As far as we are concerned, the results belong to you: use them for personal or commercial projects, including printed merch, for any lawful purpose. We claim no ownership. Keep in mind that in some countries purely AI-made images can't be protected by copyright, and someone else may get a similar result from a similar request. You are responsible for making sure a design doesn't copy someone else's trademark or artwork before you sell it.

Roblox and other platforms

The Roblox shirt and template tools make images in the size Roblox asks for. T-Shirt Generator is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of its owner. Anything you upload to Roblox or another platform must follow that platform's own rules.

Things you must not do

• Break the law or anyone's rights while using the site.
• Get around the free allowance or rate limits.
• Scrape the site, overload it, probe it for weaknesses or try to reach data that isn't yours.
• Resell the service or build a product on top of it without our written permission.

Our content

The site's design, text, logo, mockup base images and example images belong to us or are used with permission. You may use the mockups you export, but don't copy the site's own material without our permission.

Changes, suspension and ending access

We can change, pause or stop any part of the site. If you break these terms, we may block your access without notice.

No guarantees

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be free of errors, or that a result will fit your purpose or print the way you expect.

Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is more. Nothing here takes away rights that the law in your country gives you and that can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the new version.
